I've just found this Dilbert strip, thanks to my readers. So this was quite an interesting one, but I deem it a little too harsh though. Well, I just wanted to put this up for more views and probably hoping that this time, I expect some from the other side of the arena.Well, I've been concocting a fairly good defense against some of these popular claims, and fully understand that I'm in for quite a lot of criticism from my readers.
First of all, I am not too sure if it's right to blindly accuse. If we were to think for a moment, how this situation arose, who were the cause, what were the factors instrumental, then I think we would need to re-think on all those accusations. If I told that the main factor that has led to the present scenario is we, ourselves, who have neglected some of the prime issues that were needed to be addressed, yet preferred to overlook them. When does growth ever happen, only when there is the opportunity to grow. We couldn't see the opportunity while some other class of people could, and hence today this huge gap which needs to be bridged. Essentially, I would like if the two classes blended togethor to give the final refined mix that could be a deadly combo. Re-thinking on these lines actually triggers new opportunities and hence new avenues for correction.
But from what I've seen and heard, this would always go on endlessly, like in the older days, when a minister could possibly blame a king for a wrong done, but would never accept to take on responsibility for taking any future course of action, although, is ready to give his exceedingly useful advice in all possible directions. So neither is the minister ready for blame, nor would he stop blaming....
I don't know how many would come close to thinking along my lines, but I believe that I would atleast invite quite a lot of criticism n views which I look forward to. So, I've given you people some meat, reciprocate the same.....
